Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose personal information to you.

We will not disclose your information to anyone other than Purple Club related businesses and other third parties who need to know in order to process your specific requests. On occasion we may share your personal information with our selected suppliers and agents in respect of the supply and delivery of the benefits of membership.

Loyalty Card members will qualify as members once the Purple club has received the following data. Full name, Address, Contact number, email address.

 

 

All membership applications are subject to verification by Purple Club. Purple will notify you in the event that your membership application has been accepted.

 

You are obliged to provide correct details when you apply for Purple Card membership and your failure to do so may invalidate your membership.It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.

 

Your Membership is personal to you. You are responsible for ensuring that no one uses your Membership.

 

Current membership fees are shown on the membership page. Any increase in membership fees will be notified through the weekly newsletter and on the membership page on the site.

 

Your membership fee is non refundable. However, we may at our sole discretion elect to refund your membership fee in whole or in part depending on the circumstances relating to the cancellation of any Membership.

 

The Purple Club reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend your membership (at its sole discretion) for any reason whatsoever. If The Purple Club cancels your membership, it shall refund the balance of the annual membership fee on a time apportionment basis in respect of the unexpired period to which the annual membership fee relates.

 

Membership fees are paid annually and expires on Dec 31st each year, membership cards purchased thoughout the year will be charged on a pro rata basis. If the club has to periodically cancel a night due to venue disruption or any other non planned interuption outside the control of the Purple Club then membership fees are non refundable.

 

As a Member of The Purple Club, you are entitled to all of the benefits set out on our site. Any descriptions of all benefits displayed that are provided third party supplier will have been approved.

 

As a registered member of The Purple Club, please note that suppliers of benefits and the benefits themselves are subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice.

 

The Purple Club aims to ensure that the benefits remain available at all times and are constantly negotiating new benefits to ensure that you receive maximum use of your membership. If any of the benefits become unavailable, we will do all we can to ensure that prior commitments are honoured to the fullest extent possible, but shall not be responsible for any actions of suppliers outside The Purple Clubs’ actual control.
